Effective August 30, 2026

The short version

Tricket has no account system, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics. Your Tricket data is stored on your device and, when available, in your private iCloud database. I do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Information you create in Tricket

Depending on the features you use, Tricket stores:

This information is used only to provide Tricket's features. It is not sent to a server operated by the developer.

On-device storage and iCloud

Tricket stores its database on your device. The database is also shared locally with the Tricket widget so the widget can display your information.

When iCloud is available for Tricket, Apple CloudKit syncs the database and wish images through your private iCloud database so they can appear on your Apple devices. Apple processes that data under Apple's Privacy Policy. You can control Tricket's iCloud access in system Settings.

Photos and camera

Tricket accesses the camera only when you choose to take a wish photo. When you select an existing image, Apple's system photo picker gives Tricket access only to the item you select. Image processing is performed on your device, and the resulting image is stored with the wish as described above.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Tricket asks iOS for permission to deliver notifications and schedules those reminders locally on your device. You can change notification permission at any time in system Settings.

Support and feedback

If you contact support by email or voluntarily submit the external feedback form, I receive the information you choose to provide. Support email can include a prefilled app version, iOS version, and device model to help diagnose the issue. I use support information only to respond, troubleshoot, and improve Tricket.

The feedback form and these public support and privacy documents are hosted by Feishu and are subject to Feishu's Privacy Policy. Email is processed by the email providers used by you and by Tricket support. Feishu may process standard request information needed to deliver and secure the documents, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp.
